To channel that tension into a campaign that felt just as gripping. With haunting visuals, tight pacing, and emotionally charged storytelling, we set the tone for one of the most talked-about true-crime premieres of the season.

My Role: Led creative for the campaign as Senior Writer/Producer — scripting the official trailer, shaping a suspenseful editorial tone, and overseeing production from pitch through delivery.

  • Creative Development – Conceptualized and pitched a moody, cinematic campaign that balanced emotional gravity with gripping, binge-worthy appeal.

  • Scripting & Storytelling – Wrote the scripts for official trailer and social cutdowns, carefully crafting narrative beats to build intrigue and deliver maximum tension.

  • Editorial Direction – Worked hand-in-hand with editors to fine-tune pacing, tone, and key reveals — ensuring a polished final product that landed with impact.

  • Platform Strategy – Oversaw creation of custom social assets tailored to Showtime and Paramount+ channels, adapting story structure to match platform behaviors.

  • Final Execution – Delivered a suspense-filled trailer and companion assets that teased the doc’s shocking true story — all while maintaining cinematic cohesion across touchpoints.

Results: The trailer helped spark early buzz and press attention ahead of launch — driving strong engagement on both streaming and social platforms. A true-crime story this wild didn’t need much embellishment… just the right creative lens.
